End Of An Era | Company Magazine

From the general consensus on twitter and other social media sites, it's fair to say I'm not the only person completely gutted at the news that Company Magazine is going digital-only, after 36 years of publication. Whilst the internet is great in so many ways, sometimes a physical copy of a magazine is exactly what you need to escape from being sucked into the obsessive social media world (guilty).

Company Magazine has always been one of my favorites, it's unique and they have always been ahead of the game with knowing their target audience. From the simple things such as the individuality of the magazine and it's use of matte paper, the groovy fonts, fab patterned spine and the general layout, to the actual content itself, jam packed with pages full of inspiration, affordable fashion and beauty. It's such a shame and I will certainly miss receiving a hard copy through the door each month, but of course look forward to watching Company.co.uk grow and keep it's greatness.

I have been to several of Company's events and can only speak positive words about the team and the general fun and friendly atmosphere they always created. Going forward, I wish them all the best and have no doubt they will go on to do greater things. Victoria White - it has been a pleasure reading Company under your editorship, keep doing what you do.

Onwards and upwards, as they say...

well I did make it on the cover after all...
